Below are photos of the building. 

The Parkside is run by a three-member board elected by the unit owners from among themselves. Board members' terms last for two years. Elections to fill vacancies take place at the annual meeting in the spring of each year. The board chooses its officers.

The Parkside Board volunteered to run the building itself for the first several years. Members received no pay for this work. Effective July 1, 2012, Rentz Management took over management of the building. The Board sets policy and supervises the management company.
